I’m wondering just how hard it would be to sand my wood floors myself. They’re in pretty crummy shape already. I don’t think I could make them that much worse. Actually, a more important thought for myself would be: how easy is it to accidentally sand yourself with one of those machines?

The heat lately has been hard on my new plants. My poor little shrublings are all mopey looking. I’m worried some of them might not make it. Boo. Hiss.

I’ve been looking around the internets at all these different task management programs. I thought maybe something like that would help me be more productive with my time. Unfortunately, I’m having an aversion to looking up my tasks and schedule on the computer. I can be such a luddite sometimes.

For some reason, this week, I can’t find anything. I keep forgetting where I’ve put something or forgetting to put something back where it belongs. It’s annoying. Maybe, it’s time for me to start doing some of those brainy exercises to ward off dementia.

I just watched a bunch of crows harassing a red tailed hawk in my back yard. Are they crazy? The hawk put up with it for a couple of minutes before it got mad and chased them all out of the yard.
